And if so what does that depend on? not regarding if you dont have your exact birth time calculated. Im only referring to ppl that have all the info required to determine a chart. including birth time and place.

Astrology is a snapshot of the karma due to bear fruit in this lifetime. There are three types of karmas…
1) Fixed / Unavoidable
2) Changable with Effort
3) Easily changable.
There is a simple technique to know which is which, based on how many times you see the same karma from different indicators.
Some charts are full of very “fixed” karma. They are what I call “loud” charts. They speak to the astrologer very clearly and are easy to read because the person has very little room to modify their results with freewill in this lifetime.
Some charts have almost no fixed karma, and are full of mixed signals. I call this a “murmuring” chart. This indicates a lot of room for freewill in that individuals lifetime, so having accurate predictions and readings from the chart is more difficult, intuitive, and requires some conversation back and forth between the astrologer and client.
Most charts, by far, are about 50 very fixed.

The birthchart is only an outline of tendencies. It’s up to the individual on how they play them out.
Most people aren’t very self-aware, so I would, yes, astrology is more accurate for some than others. But, that’s only because most people don’t know their tendencies.

The only way that you can find out accuracy is with strict testing with controls. Astrology being a belief can not be tested. Any factual claims can be.
A double-blind test is a control group test where neither the evaluator nor the subject knows which items are controls. A randomized test is one that randomly assigns items to the control and the experimental groups.
The purpose of controls, double-blind, and randomized testing is to reduce error, self-deception and bias.
The lack of testing under controlled conditions explains why many psychics, graphologists, astrologers, dowsers, New Age therapists, and the like, believe in their abilities. Imagine how much business an astrologer will get if his resume has scientific verification? They can name their price.
All of them are very similar. I wouldn’t trust the ones built for teenagers though.
